Return Policy
At Georgia Wholesale USA, we are committed to providing high-quality LED solutions. Please review our policy below regarding returns, replacements, and warranties.
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
In the event of a valid claim or return (as defined below), the Customer will be offered:

Store Credit (valid for future wholesale orders), OR
-
A Replacement Unit of the same value.
2. 1-Year Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
We stand by the quality of our signs. Georgia Wholesale provides a 1-Year Replacement Warranty subject to the following terms:

Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g., power adapter failure, LED sections not lighting up).

Usage: Valid for Indoor Applications only. Using an indoor sign in outdoor elements (rain/snow) voids this warranty.

Process: Warranty claims are handled on a Case-to-Case basis. We may require photos or videos of the defect to troubleshoot or approve the replacement.
3. Shipping & Damaged Items
We pack our neon signs in secure, reinforced boxes. However, if your sign arrives damaged due to shipping:

Report Immediately: You must report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the broken sign.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a free replacement immediately. We do not issue refunds for shipping damage, only replacements.
4. Return Shipping

Since we do not accept returns for “change of mind,” you generally do not need to ship items back to us unless specifically requested by our support team for inspection.

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
